The idea of the Association is to exchange experiences and good practices among member companies. We try to share solutions that are used in our companies, work out a common position on issues important for the industry and consult each other on ideas for improvement. By engaging in activities at SPIAB, you can join working groups that specialize in different areas.
The appointment of working groups is the responsibility of the SPIAB Management Board. Project teams are formed when SPIAB is interested in developing or recognizing a problem in the field of environmental protection, occupational safety, battery law or the broadly understood battery industry. The working group may also be appointed to lead a thematic project related to the activities of SPIAB or the functioning of the industry.

The group deals with the preparation of analyzes of reports received from the Automotive Market Research Institute SAMAR. Thanks to the work of this group, SPIAB member companies have a full picture of the functioning of the battery market in the country. Conclusions are the subject of discussion and an important element of meetings of assembly members.
The group deals with sharing experiences in the field of employee health protection and occupational health and safety. It is an important voice in the discussion on EU regulations on safety standards, jointly develops proposals and solutions representative of the industry.
The group is responsible for updating the website and planning and implementing the Association's PR activities
